How to Submit an EFT

  1. Sign in to the portal and click Manage Access under the Access Management tab.

  2. On the Select Items page, select EFTServer, then click Next.

  3. On the Review Request page, click Information Required.

  4. Choose the appropriate fields for your access request.

    Here is an example of an Adhoc/Dropbox request:

    Here is an example of a New Automated Transfer request:

    • When will file transfer occur? Select the frequency of the transfer.
    • Date. Used for a one-time transfer.
    • Days. Enter the days when the file will be transferred.
    • Time. Specific time the file will be transferred.
    • Actions to be taken on file. Select to receive or send the file, or both.
    • Remote Server Security Login ID. Login ID to the destination server (if applicable).
    • Method of Access. Trading Partners use RSA Keys. End users will choose Password.
    • Do you want to save, archive, or retain this data on the SFTP server? Select yes or no. If you select yes, you will need to provide a reason in the justification field.
    • File Description. Add any further information about the file transfer.
    • Security protocol. Select an option (the answer will normally be SFTP/HTTPS).
    • Remote Server name and IP address. Trading partner information for destination server.
    • Server Contact Name, Phone #, Email. Related to the Remote Server Security Login ID and Remote Server Name and IP address. This would be a contact that administrates the trading partner server.
  5. Back on the Review Order page, check the box beside the confirmation agreement and click Submit Order.

  6. You will receive a confirmation message after you have submitted the request. The request will be updated within 10 business days. When your request is updated, you will receive an email, as well as a notification on your Notifications page.
